Mental Health Screenings
Have you been feeling sad, anxious, or unlike yourself lately? Do you have concerns about someone you care about? Are you unsure what next steps to take? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, mental health screenings are a great tool to help you identify what’s going on. The screenings are anonymous and only take a few minutes to complete. Your results will help you determine if recent thoughts or behaviors may be associated with a common, treatable mental health issue.
What do the screenings assess for?
- depression disorders

- disordered eating

Important Note
Keep in mind that the screenings can provide a lot of great information but are not a diagnostic tool. If you wish to speak with a counselor after viewing your results, Central Piedmont students can make an appointment by filling out the Central Piedmont Counseling Services intake form.
