Regardless, Central Piedmont performs the legwork to organize findings and identify learning-based objectives based on your input.  We present a recommended action plan, including helping to identify potential funding options for eligible companies.

We understand that your company is different – so are we. Some clients work with us to find value and effective training for employees or to gain industry certifications. Others may start with pre-employment and new hire training then move to management strategy and process improvement events.

  • Talent Acquisition

    We are another resource for your hiring needs. Post jobs, recruit on campus, visit classes and hire students/alumni. Utilize Workplace Learning to leverage the strength of the entire college by working with us to place students into your environment. You get fresh talent, and they experience hands-on learning. We offer short-term (internship) and long-term (apprenticeship) options.

  • Talent Development

    Engage, educate, and upskill your employees. From process improvement to leadership or technical skills, Central Piedmont offers hundreds of courses, many leading to industry-recognized credentials. Classes can be customized and delivered on-site and, on a schedule to meet your needs. Our Small Business Center helps entrepreneurs realize their vision through networking, free counseling, and workshops. Secure space at one of our six campuses for your next meeting or event.

  • Talent Enrichment

    Get involved and share your expertise and gifts. We have many opportunities to serve on program advisory boards, participating on employer panels, mentoring students, sponsoring a student, donating business attire to our professional clothing closet, or teaching a class.
