Financial Information for IncludED Textbook Access

Costs

Students taking college-level (curriculum) classes will be charged $17 per credit hour for the semester, which will be on your bill with your tuition and fees when you register.

Financial Aid and IncludED Textbook Access

Beginning with the spring 2024 term, students receiving financial aid will no longer have a book disbursement with funds available for bookstore purchases. Financial aid will be applied to the tuition and fees to cover the cost of the IncludED program, and all remaining eligible financial aid funds will be refunded to you. You can plan for your refund more easily with this upfront, flat fee.

Your financial aid award amount for the term needs to be larger than your bill to be covered in full. If your financial aid does not cover your tuition and fees bill, there may be a portion of your bill you must pay out of pocket.

Dropping and Adding Courses

  • If you add a course, materials will automatically be accessible when the course is started. Printed materials can be ordered through, or picked up at, a campus store location. If you would like your print materials to be shipped — shipping costs may apply — or delivered to a smart locker, please contact the campus store.
  • For courses dropped prior to the last day of schedule adjustment (the drop/add date), printed materials must be returned to the bookstore. Access to electronic or digital materials will be automatically disabled.
  • For classes that are dropped/withdrawn from after the drop/add dates, the digital access of materials will be removed. Print materials that have already been picked up/ shipped must  be returned to the bookstore before any refunds will be given.
