Information Technology Student Labs

Central Piedmont offers for students in our information technology program. All labs are located on Central Campus in the Levine Information Technology Building.

Rules

  • You do not need an appointment to use the lab.
  • Facilitators are to assist you with your IT program labs and assignments. You can get help at the lab on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Facilitators are not to answer questions on quizzes or tests.
  • Take phone calls outside the lab.
  • Do not use lab computers for social networking (e.g. Facebook), playing computer games, etc.
  • You will need to sign in and show your student ID to the lab facilitator.
  • Food or drink is not allowed in the labs.

Locations and Hours

  • Digital Forensics Lab Hours

    Location: Levine Technology Building, Room 5137

    In-person and Online:

    • Monday (in-person): 12–5:00 p.m.
    • Tuesday (online): 11 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 5–6:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday (in-person): 12–6:00 p.m.
    • Thursday (online): 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
    • Friday (in-person): 12–4:00 p.m.
    • Access the digital forensics lab 
  • Networking Lab

    Location: Levine Technology Building, Room 5122

    The lab is closed for the summer. For assistance, contact your instructor.

  • Software Development Lab

    Location: Levine Technology Building, Room 5124; Online
