WTVI PBS Charlotte

WTVI PBS Charlotte reaches more than 1.1 million households in its 13-county service area in North and South Carolina and prides itself on providing education, culture, and citizenship across all of its platforms to serve the public interest and further the mission of Central Piedmont.

The PBS Charlotte station is the only public television station and PBS affiliate based in Charlotte. PBS Charlotte has served citizens throughout the Carolinas for more than 50 years. Following its acquisition by Central Piedmont in July 2012, the station was taken back to a full daytime and primetime PBS programming schedule.

  • Restrooms

    Most of Central Piedmont's restrooms are standard facilities — you are welcome to use the facility that matches your gender identity. The college also provides gender-neutral/family restrooms on the first floor.
