Exempt personnel are paid on a salary basis and not entitled to overtime pay or flex-time. Exempt personnel include the following classifications: executive, professional, administrator, and faculty/librarians. The standard full-time load for exempt employees shall be 40 hours or more as needed for the role during the established workweek.
