Microsoft 365 Tools and Applications

Learn more about the Microsoft 365 tools that will be available to students, faculty, and staff.

Managed Services are the tools available to employees and students that are supported by Information Technology Services starting on May 13, 2024.

Self Service are tools available to employees and students that will not be supported by Information Technology Services on May 13, 2024. These tools may be supported at a later date. 

These applications are available through the following platforms:

  • web: available in the cloud as a web-based application
  • desktop: available as a download to your Central Piedmont computer or laptop, or to your personal device
  • mobile: available as a download to your mobile device from Google Play or the App Store

Live training for the Managed Services applications will be available from the Technology Training Institute (TTI) on May 13, 2024. Online training and video tutorials for employees for Self Service applications can be found on the Central Piedmont 365 Learning Express website (login required). Live training for these applications will be available at a future date.
