Building Your Coping Toolbox: Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group

The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group is for any Central Piedmont student who wants to learn ways to manage feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression.

This program includes 12 free sessions and will cover the following skills modules:

  • mindfulness

  • distress tolerance

  • emotion regulation

  • interpersonal effectiveness

Let Us Know You're Coming

Students who attend at least eight out of twelve sessions will receive a coping skills toolbox at the end of the semester to take home with them.
